Terms and conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Nokatis (provider details see legal notice) and users of the nokatis.com platform.

2. Services

Nokatis provides coaching guides, a recording and transcription feature, and the AI-supported creation of a written personal report based on your own conversation transcript. The report is a reflection document. It is not a medical or psychotherapeutic diagnosis, not a medical treatment, and not legal or financial advice.

3. Formation of contract

The contract for a report is concluded once the purchase is completed in the checkout. The price is 35,00 € per report as a one-time payment including statutory VAT. No subscription and no automatic renewal is created.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe. After successful payment, the credit for one report is unlocked in your account.

5. Digital content and withdrawal

The report is digital content generated immediately upon request. Details on the right of withdrawal and its expiry are set out in the withdrawal policy.

6. User obligations

Recordings may only be created and uploaded with the consent of all participants. Users are responsible for the lawfulness of the content they submit.

7. Availability and retention

Generated reports stay in the personal archive permanently until you delete them yourself. A PDF download is possible at any time.

8. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and under product liability law remains unaffected.

9. Not an emergency service

Nokatis is not a crisis service. In acute crises, please contact medical help or your local emergency number.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
