What happens to your conversations.
In coaching you talk about things nobody else hears. So here, without marketing language, is what applies technically and organisationally.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection to Nokatis runs over TLS. Transcripts and reports are stored encrypted in a database inside the EU. Access is tied to your account – without your login there is no path to your content.
No AI model training
Your content is used solely to create your own transcript and your own report. It is not used to train AI models, not sold, and not analysed for advertising.
Only you have access
Nobody but you sees your reports – unless you actively share them. Sharing happens through your coach's invitation link and can be revoked in the archive at any time. Without that explicit consent, the host has no access to your reports or to-dos either.
Audio is not kept
The recording stays on your device during the conversation and is sent segment by segment for conversion into text. As soon as a segment is transcribed, the audio file is deleted immediately – it is never stored permanently on the server. After the conversation only the text remains, which you can review and edit yourself.
Delete and export – no support needed
In the archive you delete every single transcript and report yourself, effective immediately. You can also download all your own data there as a file with one click. Reports stay stored permanently until you remove them.
