As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement by email to hallo@nokatis.com is sufficient.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The report is digital content created and delivered immediately upon request. The right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that we begin creating it before the withdrawal period ends and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is actively obtained via a checkbox during checkout.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without delay and at the latest within fourteen days using the same means of payment.
