What data is processed

• Transcripts you enter or upload for an analysis
• Topic descriptions used to generate an individual guide
• The guides and reports generated from them
• Contact form submissions (name, email, subject, message) to answer your question

Purpose and legal basis

Processing takes place exclusively to create the guide or report you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for special categories of personal data, based on your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Storage

In the current version, transcripts and results are not permanently stored on a server: the analysis runs at the moment of the request, and the result stays in your browser until you close the session. Once the personal history feature is active in your account, content is stored encrypted and can be deleted at any time.

Contact form submissions are stored in our backend so that we can answer your question. They are used only for this purpose and deleted after statutory retention periods expire.

Data processing agreement

An AI service is used as a data processor for the analysis. Content is not used there to train models and is not shared with further third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and withdrawal of your consent. A message to the address above is sufficient.
